    • Follow the instructions provided on the test page. (Note: if you encounter any system errors during the test, please take a screenshot of the error page and send an email to describe the steps in detail that led to the issues.)
    • Answer all questions to the best of your ability.
  2. Submit the Chinese Class Survey
  3. Register for the Recommended Course
    • Register for the course recommended by the placement test.
    • Note that this registration is preliminary and subject to final placement.
  4. Prepare and Attend the Interview
    • Download the essay instructions and follow the guidelines to write your essay.
    • Schedule an interview with the lead instructor to finalize your placement.
    • Discuss your placement and any additional questions with the lead instructor.
    • Present your essay during the interview for further assessment.
  5. Final Placement Confirmation
    • Based on the interview and essay, the lead instructor will confirm your final placement.
